Can I charge my phone on the NOVA while my case is on my phone?
We recommend you use a MagSafe/Qi2-compatible phone case for your phone when charging it on the NOVA. JOURNEY has a variety of cases you can use.

I have an Android phone. Can I use the NOVA?
Qi2 is intended to be universally compatible, but the standard is still new. As a result, the first phones that are equipped to take Qi2 charging are iPhone models 12 onwards. As Qi2 continues to mainstream, many future Android phone models are expected to be Qi2-enabled. JOURNEY also includes a magnetic ring in the NOVA box. This ring attaches to the vast majority of modern smartphones to equip them with Qi2 charging capability.
