Q: Does the TRIO ULTRA only charge through MagSafe cases? What about other cases?

A: For the iPhone to attach magnetically, a MagSafe-compatible case must be used, or you can charge your phone without the case. Alternatively, use the included magnetic ring to add MagSafe compatibility to your phone or case.

 

Q: Does the charger support the latest Apple Watch Ultra 2 & 9?

A: Yes, the TRIO ULTRA works with Apple watch series 1-9, SE and Ultra 1/2.

 

Q: Does it support fast charging for iPhones?

A: Yes, it supports full 15W charging speeds for iPhones.

 

Q: Does it support fast charging for Apple Watch?

A: Yes, it supports fast charging speeds for Apple Watch.

 

Q: Can I use with my AirPods Pro?

A: Yes, the TRIO ULTRA works with AirPods Pro 1/2 and all generation of AirPods which support wireless.

 

Q: How do I know if my case is MagSafe?

A: Check the specifications on your product’s packaging or online. Most MagSafe cases have a visible circular ring on the inside or outside of the case to indicate it in MagSafe compatible.

 

Q: Will it work for an iPad as well?

A: No. Wireless chargers aren’t ordinarily designed to charge tablets. The Rapid TRIO is designed to wirelessly charge your smartphone, smartwatch, earbuds, and a second phone.

 

Q: Will the TRIO ULTRA charge my iPhone 15?

A: Yes. It will charge iPhones 12 series and onwards at full 15W speed. If you have an earlier model iPhone, which is wireless charging compatible, you can attach the magnetic ring that comes in the box of the Rapid TRIO to equip it for MagSafe-compatible charging.

 

Q: Does the magnet have any side effects for my phone?

A: No. Today’s smartphones and accessories are unaffected by magnets. iPhones 12 and onwards feature magnets inside too.

 

Q: Does the TRIO ULTRA include a wall charger?

Great product and customer service

This is a very fast charger that looks great and works great. The magnet strength causes the phone to be very stable while on the charger, and the weight of the product and design of the base adds to that stability. You can remove your phone and be certain that the charger stand is not going to move or pull toward the phone. Its mighty for its size. I ordered a number of devices and 3 separate leather cases as well. I had to contact customer service for an item and response is quick and caring. As after sales service is critical to a great product, I give Journey a solid 5 and the product a solid 5.
