I bought this charger for one of my co-workers. My observations are that it it definitely a premium product. The felt fabric gives the charger an upscale appearance but in practical terms the felt prevents any marring of the phone. The power button was a little surprising. I am used to snapping on a charger and it begins charging. I realized why Journey didn’t do this (I think). There may be times when you might just want a phone stand without necessarily charging the phone. A pretty good idea. Most importantly, my co-worker loves it.

The only reason why I gave this product 4 stars is because I lost it a week after it arrived, which isn’t Journey’s fault, but if it had some sort of built in “find my” or Tile into it, I could have found where I left it.

Admittedly I had my doubts about this power bank. I received mind today. The quality of the packaging is over the top in excellence. The packaging presents an image of quality in the box for opening. The product is well designed & manufactured. It just ‘feels’ like quality. I am ordering another one for a special client.
