Q. Will this charger work if my phone isn’t Qi2-enabled?
A. Qi2 is backwards compatible, which means you can charge an older Qi Android phone or MagSafe iPhone on a Qi2 charger – but your phone will only charge at the charging standard speeds it’s enabled for. For Qi-supporting phones that lack magnets, you can add the included magnetic ring for MagSafe-compatible charging.

Q. Does it work with a phone case?
A. The charger works with MagSafe-compatible phone cases only. Also ensure your phone case is less than 2mm thick.

Q. What if my phone case isn’t MagSafe-compatible?
A. Attach the included magnetic compatibility ring to the back of your phone case to make it MagSafe-compatible.

Q. Is it normal for my phone or the charger to feel warm while charging?
A. A slight increase in temperature is normal during wireless charging. The charger is designed to operate safely within wireless charging standards.
